Step 1 - Initial Contact

Once you get in contact with us we aim to call you back within 4 business hours up to 8pm. Here we’ll discuss your financial requirements and determine how we can help you.

Step 2 - Needs Analysis

In the Needs Analysis, we identify your current financial situation as well as go over your current needs, objectives and priorities. We then discuss your future goals and plans so we can tailor our advice to your current and future life.

We’ll also start gathering the documents required to gain the finance you require.

Step 3 – Research

At the research phase, we’ll go over all of the information you’ve provided and do in-depth research on lending options that fits your needs on our lenders panel.

We’ll then go through them to determine the one that best suits your needs as well as other options that could fit your need so you can compare and have full say.

Step 4 - Recommendation

You will be presented with a Lending Recommendation document that we’ll go over together. This document will go over the information that you have provided to us, the recommended lending solution that we believe will best suit your needs as well as others to compare and discuss that may also suit your needs.

At this point, you can go ahead or if you’ve changed your mind on a certain topic and it may affect the recommendation then we’ll redo the research to make sure our suggestion is what we believe best suits you.

Step 5 – Implementation

From here we take the steps required steps to apply for the loan and manage the process with the bank. Keeping you completely informed through the process so you are never left in the dark.

Step 6 – Settlement

We’ll work with all the required parties to make your settlement a smooth process. We’ll also be in contact with you to ensure you are still informed with what is happening.

Step 7 - After Care

After Care is something not thought of normally when applying for finance but it is one of the vital parts of the service we provide. Our After Care program keeps you up to date with what is happening in the market. We periodically review your loan to ensure it still suits your needs and to see if there are any better options for you.
